Objectives
Rotary is a world wide organization. The Object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise. This "philosophy of life" is described in 4 objectives :
	The development of true bonds of friendship amongst the club members, with the purpose to serve the general interest; High ethical standards in business and professions, the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations, and the dignifying of each Rotarian's occupation as an opportunity to serve society; The application of the ideal of service in each Rotarian's personal, business and cummunity life and in business and professional relations. The advancement with all means of international understanding, goodwill and world peace; The development of warm relations amongst the representatives of various professions, generating one big world movement of service.
The Rotary objectives and ideals can be realized in a variety of ways :
personal effort in humanitarian activities looking for a permanent dialogue and lasting contacts with our youth the improvement of familial, social and professional ethical code a continuous preoccupation for comprehension and understanding between people and between nations
If one looks at the core of the slogan "availability for service", timeless principles such as concern, helpfulness, altruism, moderation, respect, comprehension and world peace will become clear. These are typical character features of every man, worthy of that name.
As a club, we wish to demonstrate that we still believe in ideals, and that we wish to accomplish these objectives in our society.
